It is ok to pirate CD of PC games in my country (Bangladesh) by e-mail?

I live in USA and I can not afford to buy cd's / Dvd's here .. its too expensive .... dvd's in my country are a kind of pirate .. most of the pirated CDs are there .... thats everything you can find there ... anyone have any idea about this?

It is illegal to import pirated material in most countries. But people do anyway. There is a difference between having a few pirated DVDs in his luggage and 1000 import DVDs of all films the same for the purpose of resale (you could go to jail for the second). You can try to blame only your friend to send a gift without knowing the law, if you're caugt. If the DVD or CD looks real, then you are basically in good faith. That is, you can buy movies legal in China for U.S. $ 2-3 and pirated movies for $ 0.80. As consumers like you will know what is legal and not (ok, illegal immigrants are sold in a bag on the side of the road, the law are sold at Walmart). So do it, and not worry too much or download off the Internet like everyone else.
